Everblue's filtering cartridges, especially made for water filtration, beverage, wine and non-dangerous liquids are used for water treatment for drinking water and industrial plants, in food, chemical and petrochemical sectors. Exclusivively made with high-quality raw materials and following a strict and certified production process, Everblue's cartridges guarantee a high efficiency and great performance even in critical environments.
Depth filtration cartridges
They are made of extruded polypropylene. The polypropylene is melted and then sprayed with nozzles on a rotating mandrel, assuming a consistency similar to cotton candy. As the material cools down, it creates a rigid but porous structure. They therefore guarantee a very high capacity to retains suspended solids. These cartridges are ideal for treating slightly refined waters with a good presence of suspended solids (up to a maximum of 1 ppm) with an heterogeneous distribution of the particles.

Pleated filtration cartridges
They are produced using pleated polypropylene, with a 3-layer polypropylene filtering media supported by an external drainage net in PP and an internal drainage net always in PP. The external drainage network of the filter system always ensures the water supply inside each fold even in case of high fouling. The internal draining net prevents the fold from closing thank to the increased pressure due to the fouling of the filtering material, always ensuring the constant flow of filtered water towards the internal support of the cartridge. These cartridges are ideal for the final finishing of waters containing particles having homogeneous dimensions.

Washable filtration cartridges
They are made with net of different materials which, however, have a rigid structure and surface filtration. They can be pleated for a greater filtering surface, or with a cylindrical surface for greater ease of washing. Thanks to these characteristics, they are guaranteed to be washed at least 500 times thus allowing very high economic and environmental saving. These cartridges are ideal in the filtration of waters that still have a high presence of suspended solids (up to a maximum of 2 ppm TSS) with a heterogeneous distribution of particles.
