Carbon cartridges
Filtration on activated carbon is a technology that is based on the ability of activated carbon to absorb, thanks to its porosity, most of the substances dispersed in the water, as contaminants and organic substances. Activated carbon is mostly made up of carbon atoms of vegetable or mineral origin and is characterized by an extremely high porosity. It can be found in powder form (PAC) in granules (GAC). They are often used as the last filtration step before the reverse osmosis membranes, to remove the chlorine flavor from the water network and for the separation and extraction processes.STANDARD
