Cleaners for reverse osmosis plants EB-CLEANER B1 is alcaline detergent for membrane cleaning, suitable for scaling deposits removal and iron oxides removal, under neutral/alkaline pH. EB-Cleaner B1 is a special liquid compound, NOT ACID, that solubilizes scales of calcium carbonate and sulphate. It also removes deposits of iron oxides and hydroxides on membranes of reverse osmosis equipments. EB-CLEANER B1 features: its pH is neutral-alkaline and effectively solubilizes any kind of limestone scale and deposits of iron oxides and hydroxides, the product is not corrosive towards metallic material, it does not produce toxic fumes.

| Description | APPLICATIONS Alcaline detergent for membrane cleaning. Suitable for scaling deposits and iron oxides removal, under neutral/alkaline pH ADVANTAGES EB-Cleaner B1 is a special liquid compound, NOT ACID, that solubilizes scales of calcium carbonate and sulphate. It also removes deposits of iron oxides and hydroxides on membranes of reverse osmosis equipments. - Its pH is neutral-alkaline and effectively solubilizes any kind of limestone scale and deposits of iron oxides and hydroxides; - The product is not corrosive towards metallic material; - It does not produce toxic fumes; - It is not dangerous to wash it away; - It is easy to transport, to handle and to store. USE Instructions: prepare a solution of EB-Cleaner B1 2 – 3 % with chlorine free water, and then make it go through the membranes. The washing cycle time depends on the fouling rate, the more severe cases imply 24 hours or more. A special test-kit is at your disposal to check the washing effectiveness of the product. If the compounds that have to be removed are composed also by organic substances, you can add 1 - 2 % of EB- Cleaner B2. Anyway, try always to respect what membranes manufacturers recommend, especially temperature and pH limits. Dosage: 2% - 3% Volume/Volume USE REGULATIONS Handling: See the safety data sheet. Adopt the main cautions concerning chemical products handling. Preservation: keep in the original well closed packaging, away from excessive cold and heat. In these conditions and at temperatures between 0 and 35 °C the recommended storage time is 1 year.
