Everblue designs and manufactures MBR modules for waste water since 2000. The MBR membrane modules in the waste water biological systems, allow us to obtain water without suspended solids and with low concentration of BOD and nitrogen. The water produced from MBR systems can be used for industrial use or irrigation. Everblue has two types of MBR modules in its product range: E-BOX and E-MBR, but we can also provide a complete MBR unit consisting of module and tank.
E-MBR
MBR modules of E-MBR series for conventonal and municipal waste water treatment include:

- 304 frames (316 optonal)
- EPDM medium bubble tubular air difuser
E-BOX
MBR modules of EBOX MBR series for conventional and municipal waste water treatment include:
- Membrane cassetes of 35 m2
- 304 frames (316 optonal)
- EPDM medium bubble tubular air diffuser
Unit E-BOX MBR (EBOX + Tank)
EBOX MBR units consist of tanks with EBOX modules positioned inside. These are a compact and highly innovative solution for the treatment of industrial and civil wastewater, including:
- EBOX module
- 304 steel tank (available in 316 on request)
- Tank connections with EBOX module (see drawing)
- Guide system for module extraction
