| Description | APPLICATIONS Treatment against biological and bacterical proliferation ADVANTAGES EB-Biocide PLUS is a special liquid formulate, based on Br organics, used as biocide on the Plants which utilise recycled waters, in order to stop the bacterial growth and the forming of organic lime. - Very effective and quick action (it is the quickest among the non oxidising biocides). - Wide spectrum of activity against bacteria, fungi, algae and sulfate-reducing. - Effective for the elimination of all bacterial strains responsible for legionellosis. - Efficient in a wide range of pH (4-9). - Compatible with the chlorine with provides an exceptional synergistic effect - It minimises environmental problem, because of the quick action and because of the harmless products results of it. - It comply with FDA 21 CFR 176.300, as a biocide suitable to the production of papers and boards for food packaging. USE Instructions: EB-Biocide Plus can be used in 2 different ways: 1. Shock disinfection, using a dosing pump, it must be injected 20–200 ppm for 1 hour at regular intervals, from 1 day to some weeks, depend on the concetration of micro-organisms and bacterias. 2. Disinfection using standard cleaning procedures. Prepare a solution of EB-Biocide Plus 0,03% with chlorine free water, and then make it go through the membranes for 1 hour. Before and after the use of EB-Biocide Plus, clean the membranes using alkaline products EB-Cleaner B2 (1% - 2%) e EB-Cleaner B1 (1% - 2%) to remove biofilm and organic foulants. Dosage: 100 – 200 ppm for shock disinfection; 0,03% volume/volume for disinfection using standard cleaning procedures. USE REGULATIONS Handling: See the safety data sheet. Adopt the main cautions concerning acid chemical products handling. Preservation: in the original tightly closed packaging, in a cool and ventilated place, protected from severe cold and excessive heat. Recommended shelf life: 1 year..
