The innovative Problue modules have been developed and designed by Everblue. They are the perfect combination of Everblue membranes and single-use PVC pressure vessels. This integrated vessel/membrane-housing system is ideal for building small- to medium-sized plants. It guarantees outstanding quality, fast installation, easy maintenance, and excellent performance.
Everblue has designed three Problue versions: Reverse Osmosis (RO), Nanofiltration (NF), and Ultrafiltration (UF).
Problue RO
Integrated housing/membrane system for Reverse Osmosis (RO), including a low-energy membrane inside. Ideal for desalinating low-salinity brackish water and for producing water for industrial and potable use.
- Model TW4014: 4" diameter, 14" length, 25 ft² active area, flow rate 3.22 m³/d.
- Model TW4021: 4" diameter, 21" length, 45 ft² active area, flow rate 6.06 m³/d.
- Model TW4040: 4" diameter, 40" length, 105 ft² active area, flow rate 14.0 m³/d.
Problue NF
Integrated housing/membrane system for Nanofiltration (NF), including a nanofiltration membrane inside. Ideal for desalinating low-salinity water and for producing potable water.
- Model NF4040: 4" diameter, 40" length, 85 ft² active area, flow rate 11.4 m³/d.
Problue UF
Integrated housing/membrane system for Ultrafiltration (UF), including an ultrafiltration membrane inside. Ideal for removing suspended solids and bacteria and for producing potable water.
- Model UF4021: 4" diameter, 21" length, 27 ft² active area, flow rate 3.6 m³/d.
- Model UF4040: 4" diameter, 40" length, 65 ft² active area, flow rate 8.64 m³/d.
