Improvement of the filter MultiCartridges FMG production and construction phase
Everblue is pleased to inform all his clients that we have improved the production and construction phase on the entire line of FMG AISI 316 L steel containers.
The models concerned are:
- FMG 15x40 (the container contains 15 40” cartridges)
- FMG 22X40 (the container contains 22 40"cartridges)
The improvements are listed below:
Micro-shot peening treatment
The micro shot peening process was added during the production phase, , in addition to the pickling and passivation processes, in order to give a better aesthetic appearance to the product.
Support Rod Constructive Improvement
The shape of the shaft has been perfected, from corner to round, so that it can act as an anti-collapse support for the cartridge.
The thread of the rods has been lengthened to offer greater tolerance to the length of the filter elements.
In the current version, the shaft can be replaced in case of extraordinary maintenance.
Packaging improvement
The packaging has been changed, in fact, if the filter was previously placed on a pallet, it is now placed in a wooden cage that guarantees more protection to the product in order to protect the housing in any shipment.
Product customization
Possibility to customize the product, according to the various needs, through the laser marking machine.
Price decrease
Although improvements have been made to the container, Everblue has managed not only to contain costs but also to reduce them by improving the production process; prices of FMG containers fell by about 15%.
