New MBR Modules : E-CUBE
After a thorough project design study and market analysis, Everblue is pleased to announce a new line of MBR Module : E-CUBE, its suitable to satisfy each customer request.
The submerged MBR membrane modules model E-CUBE made by Everblue are the result of 20 years experience in the municipal and industrial waste water treatment market. The MBR module E-CUBE are made by 3 simple parts : (1) cassette with elements (membranes), (2) stainless steal contains cassettes and (3) th aeration block that supports the air diffuser. Each cassette contains 50 element membranes of 0,7 m2; each membrane element through polyurethane pipes conveys the water to the permeate collector of the module which is connected, through dedicated pipes, to the suction pump. The air diffusers, located in bottom part of the stainless steel frame, introduce the right amount of air to create the flux of water through the membrane elements and to maintain the membrane surfaces clean.
