Everblue is proud to introduce SpeedBlack S001, the new cyclone filter designed for the efficient removal of suspended solids in industrial applications. Developed through careful engineering and targeted market analysis, this system provides a reliable, high-performance solution for water pre-treatment.

The S001 model stands out for its AISI316L stainless steel construction, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long operational life even in demanding environments.

- High separation efficiency

Thanks to its centrifugal separation principle, SpeedBlack S001 can remove up to 90% of particles larger than 70 microns (0.07 mm) with a specific gravity higher than 2.6 kg/dm³.
This makes it particularly suitable for water with high sand and heavy solids content.

- Ideal for pre-treatment applications

Designed to be installed at the beginning of the process, the S001 cyclone filter protects downstream equipment, improving overall system efficiency and reducing maintenance requirements.

- Robustness and operational flexibility

SpeedBlack S001 is available with connections from 1”BSP M, 1"1/2 BSP M,2" BSP M,3" BSP M, DN100 and DN150 and operates within a wide range of conditions: working pressure from 1 to 10 bar, temperature up to 60 °C, and the ability to handle incoming particles up to 5 mm.
Its solid construction and consistent performance make it a versatile solution for multiple industrial applications.
