Restyling of E-BOX MBR Modules (New E-BOXP Version)
Everblue is pleased to inform all customers that, following careful and in-depth analysis, it has decided to implement several production improvements to the MBR modules of the E-BOX series. These modifications will ensure enhanced performance in terms of both efficiency and lifespan.
The production improvements will apply to all MBR modules manufactured from May 4th onwards and are as follows:
1) The permeate pipe will be made of polypropylene, ensuring greater resistance to oxidation and corrosion; in the previous version, the permeate pipe was made of steel.
2) The filter cassettes will be reinforced by replacing the plexiglass side panel with a new polypropylene panel, thus reducing vibrations.
3) The permeate tubing will be strengthened by grouping them into sets of 5 using a support, reducing the risk of breakage and minimizing vibrations.
The updated MBR modules will have the following codes: E-BOXP01-035, E-BOXP-02-070, E-BOXP03-105, E-BOXP06-210.
